Another great day for a ride. We loaded luggage at 6AM. After breakfast, we got an cold early start to the day.
At mile 5 we entered Rocky Mountain National Park.
The first 25 miles were a climb from 7500 to 12200 feet in elevation. I rode most of the climb with Randy.
At various points, we could look back and see where we had switchbacked up the mountain. It took over 3 hours to reach the summit.
And we saw plenty of wildlife.
All in all, a great day of riding in the Rockies.
